Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Customer Engineer to install, commission and service UPS, power distribution and battery systems. The role requires on-site visits, reporting, and collaboration with customers, sales, and technical teams. Strong safety, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Travel and on-call duties are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per company policies and procedures.

• Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Coordinate with Technical Support on issues and updates.
• Adhere to Field Change Notices and safety guidelines.
• Maintain safety, PPE use, and on-site policies.
