Vertiv Corporation seeks aField Service Engineer to perform installation, commissioning and repair of UPS, power distribution and related equipment across customer sites. The candidate will provide on-site and remote support, and adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.

Travel is required, and the role emphasizes customer communication, documentation, and timely issue resolution. A strong safety mindset and the ability to work under supervision or independently are essential.

Qualifications

• ASEET or AMEET, or progress towards, is preferred.
• 4+ years military experience in a related technical field
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks according to company policies and procedures.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Maintain safety standards and reports as required.
