Job summary

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in New Jersey to support customers across NJ, NY, PA, MD, DE and more. This remote, field-based role requires approx. 90% travel including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• AAS in electrical, mechanical, or related field or equivalent experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration certification required or obtainable within 120 days.
• Experience reading electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics; strong troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites (NJ, NY, PA, MD, DE, etc.) with high autonomy.
• Service, maintenance, repair, testing and calibration of complex SP Scientific Equipment.
• Installations, startup and validation activities as needed.
• Supervise/execute field installation and testing of equipment.
• Provide customer technical support via phone, online, or on-site as the single point of contact.
