Job summary

SP Industries Inc., an ATS company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in New Jersey to support customers across NJ, NY, PA, MD, DE, and other locations as needed. This remote, field-based role requires approximately 90% travel and overnight stays as you troubleshoot and service SP Scientific equipment.

You will read blueprints and schematics, coordinate installations, and provide top-notch customer support while expanding your technical expertise in high-end scientific instruments.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service and customer-facing roles.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for HVAC or refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installation, service, and calibration with autonomy.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, test, and validate complex SP Scientific equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics; diagnose refrigeration systems and related issues.
