Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical school an associate's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical role or 4 years of military service.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams and interpret tech info.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and paperwork discipline.
• Good communication to resolve customer issues and defuse conflicts.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work overtime as needed.
• Proficient with common office software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel and provide field support to customers.
• Calibrate and test machines to verify peak efficiency.
• Commission and test machines; perform preventative maintenance and emergency service.
• Document service activities including reports and expense reports.
• Promote service contracts and spare parts opportunities.
• Provide feedback on equipment reliability and design.
• Maintain parts inventory and company property in good condition.
• Exercise safe working practices and conduct on-site training.
