The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office, strong communication, and willingness to travel within NYC and to Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for field operations and internal teams.
• Investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical training for field technicians on new products.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Manage and prioritize technical support requests via ticketing system.
• Evaluate new products and technologies to support improvements.
• Analyze drawings to advise sub-metering system design in various properties.
• Create technical drawings and installation docs using AutoCAD.
• Analyze metering data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Provide expertise on AMR equipment to improve operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
