Job summary

Metergy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineering Specialist in New York to diagnose complex metering issues, develop field procedures, and deliver technical training. You will collaborate with Field Service, Project Management, Product Development, and Operations to improve products and customer experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, strong troubleshooting, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with technical drawings and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within New York City and to Philadelphia for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for Field Service, Project Management, Customer Support, and internal teams.
• Investigate complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical training for field technicians and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Manage and prioritize technical support requests through Metergy's ticketing system.
• Evaluate new products and technologies to support continuous improvement.
• Analyze metering and utility data to identify trends and support operations.
