About the Role

As a Commercial Implementation & Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying, maintaining, and servicing our cutting-edge technology at customer sites. You will work closely with both the commercial and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing support of our products. This role will involve extensive hands-on work with both hardware and software, requiring frequent travel across the UK and Europe to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during product deployment and installation.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and execute the installation of Dexory's hardware and software solutions, including mechanical, electrical, software, and network components.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions for installation, service, and repair tasks.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Document installation, deployment, operational, and troubleshooting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead or support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software integration.
  • Hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly, servicing, and troubleshooting (experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or computer vision applications is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and debugging skills, particularly in real-world environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites across the US and North America.
  • A full US driving license.
  • A valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with business tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and G-Suite.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software and execution systems.
  • Linux operating system experience.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies.
