Job summary

Air Liquide Electronics seeks a Field Service Engineer for Semiconductor Gas Systems in Dallas, TX. You will be the technical authority for ultra-high-purity gas delivery systems, supporting manufacturing environments and purification skids.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering
• 5 years of hands-on field service or systems engineering
• Travel up to 40% nationwide
• Experience with high-purity gas delivery systems
• Certified to work on 600V electrical systems
• Ability to wear required PPE and work in challenging environments

Responsibilities

• Safety and reliability improvements for manufacturing installations
• Establish engineering design basis and document design specs
• Oversight of gas system operations and purification skids
• Electrical work on high voltage equipment
• Set up and calibrate analytical instruments for gas quality testing
• Preventive maintenance, purifier regenerations and repairs
• Troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical failures and PKI diagrams
• Installation support and commissioning of new gas systems
• Manage third-party contractors and safety compliance
• On-call support for gas system upsets nationwide
• Maintain on-site spare parts inventory
• Develop SOPs and communicate with customers
