Job summary

Air Liquide Electronics seeks a Senior Construction Manager for our Dallas, TX site. You will lead site construction activities, manage commissioning and subcontracting, ensure safety and cost control, and coordinate with contractors and project teams to deliver complex gas-related installations.

Required BS Engineering (ME, ChE) and 10+ years of construction experience, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (ME or ChE) and Construction Management degree requirements.
• 10+ years of demonstrated construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics and drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide site construction activities, ensuring safe delivery of commissioning and subcontracting on schedule and at cost.
• Promote safety awareness and coordinate with consultants, contractors and subcontractor personnel.
• Provide construction execution philosophy and ensure key project deliverables are met.
• Serve as on-site contact for contractor management and review contractor plans.
• Review change requests and manage responses under the change plan; approve contractor invoices.
