A leading technology firm is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support and develop global service networks. The role requires ensuring high-quality remote support, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background in wireless networking and RF. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and the ability to obtain US Security Clearance. This full-time position offers an annual salary with full benefits, and work is remote with travel requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years in wireless networking/RF and IP networking.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Strong grasp of Layer-2 & Layer-3 routing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site service escalations for critical deployments.
• Assist in developing and enabling the global service provider network.
• Produce crisp case notes and contribute to the technical knowledge base.
