Qualifications

• 3+ years in wireless networking/RF and IP networking.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Strong grasp of Layer-2 & Layer-3 routing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site service escalations for critical deployments.
• Assist in developing and enabling the global service provider network.
• Produce crisp case notes and contribute to the technical knowledge base.
