Staffmark in the Greater Atlanta area seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for industrial equipment, with approximately 50% travel. You will troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain systems while ensuring client satisfaction.

The position offers collaboration with the Engineering Manager, opportunities to work with global equipment, and a balance between field work and office tasks in a stable, long-term environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of electronics or industrial equipment experience.
• Willing to travel 50–75% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Proficient with CAD software for technical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service for installation, maintenance, repair, and software support for industrial equipment.
• Coordinate with customers and manufacturers to resolve issues and define specs.
• Develop test procedures and deliver operation and software training.
• Support sales activities with technical consultations and FAT participation.
• Maintain service records and submit reports.
• Escalate issues and report updates to the Engineering Manager.
• Provide feedback to manufacturers for product improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
