Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of hardware, software and networking products. You will install and optimize systems at customer sites and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role includes diagnosing performance problems, providing preventive configurations, and delivering integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.
• Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.

Responsibilities

• Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
• Performs maintenance and repair services.
• Delivers integrated solutions including peripherals, operating systems and applications software.
• Collaborates with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers.
