Job summary

EPC Power Corp. is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform maintenance, commissioning, diagnostics, and repair on power conversion equipment at customer sites and remotely.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Proficiency in MS Office and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or similar technical field or years of experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
• Energy industry experience preferred but not required.
• Able to understand and comply with safety policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft software; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, commissioning, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repair services on EPC Power systems.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and on-site activities follow EPC Power safety policies.
• Read drawings and technical manuals to support servicing activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing teams as needed.
• Report equipment histories and coordinate changes to minimize downtime.
