Job summary

EPC Power Corp. is seeking a Field Service Representative to serve as a technical and administrative liaison for on-site and remote customer equipment support.

The role includes maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning of EPC Power conversion systems at customer sites and remotely. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, with strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or similar technical field or years of experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
• Some energy industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, commissioning, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repair services at customer sites and remotely.
• Ensure all customer expectations are met and that on-site activities follow EPC Power’s best practices.
• Read drawings and technical manuals to support field service tasks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to ensure project success.
• Report equipment histories and communicate with supervision and customers.
• Travel 25%–75% as required for assignments.
• Uphold safety policies and participate in safety trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
