Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via on-site visits and remote guidance.
• Perform equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance per guidelines.
• Document all service activities, reports, and communications.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to improve processes.
• Train customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams (Engineering/QA).
• Maintain safety and quality in daily operations.
• Travel frequently to customer sites to support installations and maintenance.
