Job summary

The role requires regular travel to customer sites and collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams.

Under supervision, you will document all service activities, ensure safety and quality, and stay current with industry trends and service techniques through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Install, repair and maintain equipment per company guidelines and customer requirements.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
