Job summary

Tokyo Electron US is seeking a Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II to deliver on-site technical support, installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for customers. You will document service activities, resolve issues promptly, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering and Quality Assurance, customer training on safe equipment use, CSR adherence, and frequent travel to customer sites to ensure reliable service and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to document service activities and prepare reports.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical on-site support and timely resolution of issues.
