Job summary

Tokyo Elektron Limited (TEL US) seeks a Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II to provide on-site technical support, install equipment, perform repairs, and maintain systems for customers.

Under moderate supervision, you will document activities, train users, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive safety, CSR, and service improvements. Frequent travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and timely resolution of issues.
• Perform equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Document service activities and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and team on process improvements.
• Train customers on equipment use and basic troubleshooting.
