Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis and root cause studies of premature component failures.
• On-site installation and commissioning of SPS Degaussing systems for domestic and international customers.
• Train customer in operating and maintenance practices for system type.
• Assist Engineering & Manufacturing with factory testing of new units.
• Interact with customer representatives to solve problems that need to be handled remotely; travel to site as needed.
• Travel time anticipated between 40 - 50%.
• Other duties assigned.
