Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience servicing electro-mechanical and software systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time to meet deadlines.
• 50% travel to customer sites; flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, maintenance, and repair of systems at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored support.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems.
