Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with Quality System procedures
• Plan, manage and perform small neurology installations at the contracted account
• Support larger neurology installations as assigned
• Perform site walkthroughs to confirm readiness and compliance
• Perform onsite service or preventive maintenance and troubleshoot PCs, networks and proprietary hardware/software
• Diagnose and analyze causes of product failures and provide feedback to cross-functional teams
• Provide basic customer training during installation or at a scheduled training class
• Attend training courses to upgrade knowledge and skills
