Job summary
Acloché LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain automated lab instrumentation in the Davenport, IA area. The role requires overnight travel and a strong electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field service experience, experience with medical analyzers is a plus, and must be fully vaccinated. A certificate or AAS in electronics is required. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- Certificate or AAS in electronics required.
- Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel will be required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
- Establish a positive customer relations foundation.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
- Maintain car inventory and trunk stock of parts.
- Provide basic on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.
