Job summary

United Future is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the installation, service, and preventive maintenance of medical lab analyzers in the Davenport, IA area. You will service automated instrumentation and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting, a certificate or AAS in electronics, and willingness to travel overnight. A COVID-19 vaccination is required, with company vehicle and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required; must be vaccinated for COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, tools, and parts.
• Provides basic on-site training regarding instrument operation.
