Connectly Recruiting seeks a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers in the Davenport, IA area. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of hematology, chemistry, and coagulation instruments, with emphasis on reliability and customer relations.

Requirements include a Certificate or AAS in electronics, 3+ years of field service experience, and ability to travel overnight. COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.
