Accounting Search is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain medical laboratory analyzers in the Davenport, IA area. The role requires electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, a certificate or AAS in electronics, and willingness for overnight travel.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is required. You will build strong customer relations, coordinate with the Field Support Group, manage on-site parts and training, and ensure high reliability of instrumentation
Formación
- Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline required.
- Strong electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.
- Overnight travel will be required.
- 3+ years of field service experience in medical devices preferred.
- Vaccination against COVID-19 required.
Responsabilidades
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relations.
- Coordinate problem resolution within Field Support Group.
- Maintain car inventory of tools and parts.
- Provide on-site training regarding operation of instrumentation.
