Management Performance Associates in Davenport, IA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and perform preventive maintenance on medical laboratory analyzers and automated instrumentation.
The role requires overnight travel, a solid electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting background, and at least 3 years of field service experience. A certificate or AAS in electronics is required, and COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline.
- Strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel overnight.
- Minimum 3 years field service engineering experience.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers is a plus.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
Responsabilités
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
- Establish a good customer relations foundation.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
- Maintain car inventory (tools, parts, etc.).
- Provide basic on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.
