Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Field Service Engineer to install and service medical laboratory analyzers in the Davenport, IA area. The role requires overnight travel and a strong electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.

You will maintain equipment, build customer relations, and provide on-site training while supporting the Field Support Group. A Certificate or AAS in electronics is required; vaccination against COVID-19 is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Will install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, parts) for service calls.
• Provide basic on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.
