Job summary
Keystone Distinction Group in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers and automated robotics in the greater Sioux Falls area. The role requires electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting, a certificate or AAS in electronics, and a minimum of 3 years in field service, with overnight travel and COVID-19 vaccination compliance.

Qualifications
- Certificate or AAS degree in electronics or related discipline.
- Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel required.
- Minimum of 3 years as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers is a plus.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
- Establish a good customer relations foundation.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
- Maintain car inventory, tools, and parts.
- Provide on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.
