Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers and automated instrumentation. The role requires electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting and travel. A strong electronics background is essential.

You will install, service, and perform preventive maintenance, establish good customer relations, and coordinate issue resolution with the Field Support Group. Overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

Certificate or AAS degree in electronics required.
Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Overnight travel required.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or instrumentation is a plus.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
Establish a good customer relations foundation.
Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
Maintain car inventory, tools, trunk stock.
Provides basic on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.
