Orion Talent is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot and repair automated instruments used in histology, cytology and hematology. The role requires extensive travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, including installations and on-site service.

You will test, evaluate and train customers on product performance and maintenance, collaborating with service teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bio-med/healthcare industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated instruments and systems used in histology, cytology and hematology.
• Perform testing, evaluation, inspection and training on Company products.
• Travel domestically and internationally for field service and installations up to ~75% of the time.
• Provide technical guidance to other field service personnel and support teams.
