Job summary

EUROIMMUN, a Revvity division, seeks a Field Support Engineer to deliver professional field service, maintenance, and technical support for EUROIMMUN instrumentation across the US. You will respond to routine and emergency calls, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction while traveling to customer sites and exhibitions as needed.

The role requires an Associate/Technical degree in a relevant field, 2+ years field service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years field service experience or equivalent in medical/biomedical instrumentation.
• Associate or technical degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering or STEM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Verify instrument performance before release to end user.
• Install, relocate, and decommission instrumentation at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and upgrades per service contracts.
• Document all activities per company policies and FDA requirements.
• Provide training and technical support to customers as needed.
