Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of clinical scanning technology across US sites. You will support installation, maintenance, servicing, upgrades, and retrofits of instruments to keep clinical teams running smoothly.

In this role you will work closely with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and cross-functional teams in the US and Europe, acting as a vital link between field performance insights and product development

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on field service engineering or technical support experience.
Proven ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot and service technical equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and service scanning instruments across US clinical sites with high reliability.
Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to translate field insights into product/process improvements.
Establish documentation, reporting, and compliance standards across installations and service activities.
Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, instrument performance, and preventative maintenance approaches.
Support scaling of field service capabilities as the clinical footprint expands in the US.
