Job summary

Block Imaging Parts & Service LLC is seeking a field service technician to install, calibrate, and maintain medical imaging equipment (X-ray) across the United States. You will diagnose and repair systems, ensuring OEM specifications and safety standards are met.

The role requires frequent travel to hospital sites in Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, and broader Southeastern Pennsylvania/Greater Philadelphia region, with a base pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 1-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent.
• Preferred field service experience for medical imaging equipment (X-ray, mobile/portable X-ray/C-arm, Rad rooms).
• Familiarity with OEM specifications and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, evaluate, and maintain medical imaging equipment across the United States.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems to meet OEM specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve advanced electronic, mechanical, and network-related issues.
• Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
• Provide timely project updates and training to end users.
