Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the INR division, based in Louisiana or nearby states. The role involves on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure top product performance and regulatory compliance.

You will interact with hospitals and clinical staff, document issues, and support service improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field service within medical devices, GMP/ISO knowledge, and the ability to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in a technical customer service role or similar.
GMP and ISO knowledge; ability to travel on short notice; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Install Globus Medical product on-site at hospitals following official procedures.
Perform site acceptance testing to verify performance.
Diagnose and repair product issues, and demonstrate resolved functionality to customers.
Document customer feedback, issues and complaints per procedures.
Support RMA processing and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
