Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Field Service Representative in South Carolina to service Varian Medical Systems equipment, perform installs, repairs and preventive maintenance, and maintain strong customer relationships across a designated territory.

You will troubleshoot complex hardware and software, coordinate with teams, and ensure compliance with vendor credentialing and safety requirements while delivering high-quality service and support.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or Equivalent Preferred; Associate degree, technical/vocational training or military experience and 4–8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade, and perform preventive maintenance on VMS equipment.
• Maintain territory management and timely field service reports per VMS procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through written and verbal communication.
