Job summary

Lumenis, a global medical technology company, in Miami, seeks a Customer Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, installation, and preventive maintenance of advanced equipment at clinical sites.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues, provide hands-on training, and document service activities while collaborating with engineering and support teams to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair company equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and performance
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers and end users
• Document service activities, findings, and recommendations accurately
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product reliability
