Job summary

Lumenis is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced medical equipment in Colorado. This role requires hands-on problem solving, travel, and building strong customer relationships.

You will install, diagnose, and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and train customers. The position emphasizes independent work, clear communication, and collaboration with engineering to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair company equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and performance
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers and end users
• Document service activities, findings, and recommendations accurately
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product reliability
