Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%+ and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers.
• Document service activities, findings, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product reliability.
