Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Field Service Engineering Tech to provide onsite and remote technical support for Surgical Devices across assigned regions, including the operating room. You will install, service and troubleshoot devices, participate in investigations, and communicate performance issues with customers.

The role requires 2–4 years in field support or medical devices, a B.S. or related, and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or similar required; AAS considered.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
2–4 years of field support or customer-facing experience in medical devices.

Responsabilités

Travel to sites to perform system installations, troubleshooting, upgrades and field repairs.
Schedule and conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
Assess problems and determine next steps under high pressure situations.
Act as liaison between Zimmer Biomet and end customers on performance-related communications.
Demonstrate critical thinking in assessing performance and risks of devices.
Respond to inquiries promptly with professional communication.
Provide product feedback to quality and R&D.
Manage company equipment and servicing documentation.
Support product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build market awareness.
