ExecuSource is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) to install, troubleshoot, and service complex bottling and aseptic equipment across customer sites worldwide. This direct-hire, full-time role demands hands-on mechanical expertise and travel.

You'll read P&IDs, work with pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and provide outstanding on-site support. Competitive pay with overtime, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of mechanical field service experience (or 5+ years from a related industry).
• Strong hands-on mechanical experience—not just routine maintenance.
• Experience with packaging, bottling, or aseptic equipment preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret P&IDs and pneumatic schematics confidently.
• Physically able to handle hands-on work, lifting, and travel demands.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot complex bottling and aseptic machinery.
• Perform full mechanical rebuilds—dismantle, refurbish, and reassemble equipment.
• Work with pumps, gearboxes, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Read and interpret P&IDs and pneumatic schematics (required skill—tested during process).
• Travel extensively to customer sites across the U.S. and internationally.
• Represent the company in customer-facing roles—must be polished and professional.
