Job summary

OWT Global, LLC seeks a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support the Modular Autonomous Response System (MARS) program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The FSE provides operational, technical, training, integration, and sustainment support to Air Force organizations responsible for MARS capabilities.

The role requires travel 20–30%, a Secret clearance, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. You will work with sUAS, TAK, and C5ISR technologies to advance mission readiness and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex technical or operational military systems.
• Experience with sUAS, TAK, or C5ISR systems.
• Ability to translate technical information into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational and technical SME for MARS operations, integration, training, and sustainment.
• Support installation, configuration, integration, operation, and maintenance of MARS systems.
• Provide technical input for sUAS, TAK, airspace management, and related technologies.
• Assist with training and qualification of MARS operators and sUAS pilots.
• Collaborate with Government leadership and industry partners on mission requirements and improvements.
