Job summary

OWT Global LLC seeks a Field Service Engineer to support the Modular Autonomous Response System at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will act as SME for MARS operations, provide installation, integration, and sustainment support, and assist with training and exercises across sUAS, TAK, and related technologies.

The role requires experience in military or federal environments, ability to travel 20–30%, and collaboration with Government leadership to advance MARS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in military or federal environments with complex systems.
• Ability to translate technical details into operational solutions.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for MARS operations, integration, training, and sustainment.
• Support installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of MARS systems.
• Provide input on training and qualification of operators and personnel.
• Assist with planning operational exercises and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Air Force and partners to mature MARS capabilities.
