Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronic Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical or related field or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of electronics, electro-mechanical devices (Mechatronics), PLCs, and pneumatics.
• Intermediate knowledge of information systems networking architecture and setup.
• Intermediate understanding of computer software operating systems and ability to work with IT staff to schedule & perform updates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs using electronics and IT skills.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Lead customer expectations by presenting work performed and providing follow-up plans.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule and complete system upgrades as needed.
• Report and document all customer complaints in appropriate systems of record.
• Maintain spare parts inventory, company vehicle, and all equipment in good condition per policy.
