Guided Search Partners is seeking a Field Service Engineer for field service activities across the Baltimore/ DC area. The role involves on-site service at customer locations, including maintenance and repair, plus installation and training of instruments at client sites.

The ideal candidate has hands-on lab experience with lab or electro-mechanical instruments and must be willing to travel around the U.S. as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and supporting lab instruments or electro-mechanical instruments.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and support at customer locations, includes annual preventative maintenance, repair.
• Installation, commissioning and training at customer locations.
• In-house depot and repair of instruments.
• Technical support- online, video and phone.
