Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Massachusetts to install, service, and repair laboratory instruments across the New England region. You will ensure peak performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service in clinical and research settings.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and 1+ year(s) diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electromechanical/electronic equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or related) or equivalent military experience.
• 1+ years diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electromechanical/electronic equipment and instrumentation.
• Experience managing a dynamic service schedule with travel within assigned region and completing service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Beckman Coulter laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Provide on-site technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service to clinical and research laboratories.
• Travel within assigned territory to support customers and complete service reports in a timely manner.
