Job summary

Leidos’ Integrated Airborne Solutions is seeking a Field Service Representative to support Bridgewater, VA, with on-site and remote duties for multiple ISR platforms. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and configure mission equipment and networks to ensure readiness across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The role requires DoD IT/security certifications and the ability to travel, with hands-on experience in tactical radios, CSEC devices, and Linux/Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with less than 2 years of experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT or IAM Level II or higher
• General IT knowledge and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel/ship to CONUS or OCONUS as required
• Current Security+ certification (or obtain within 6 months)
• Current SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS; US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, service, troubleshoot, test and document technical data for mission equipment and GFE, including tactical communications, CTDLs, and cryptographic devices.
• Implement configuration management, safety, and quality processes per AS9100D and contract requirements.
• Maintain tactical communications systems and related network equipment (encryptors, firewalls, routers, switches).
• Develop and document preventative maintenance for mission equipment in harsh environments; support SIL lab operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot on-site systems and perform patching for Windows and Linux environments.
• Create documentation for new technologies or configuration procedures for program consistency.
