Job summary

Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC seeks a skilled field service engineer to manage installation, troubleshooting, and training across customer sites. You will conduct on-site service calls, perform electrical and control system work, and train customer personnel on Alliance equipment.

The role requires extensive travel and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Preferred candidates have 5–7 years of experience, a technical diploma, and solid PLC/SCADA know-how.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school graduate or GED; associates or bachelors preferred in a technical field.
• 5–7 years of supervising, installing, and maintaining material handling equipment or similar machinery.
• Strong electrical/mechanical/PLC background with ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installation, service, and training (approx. 75% travel).
• Install and service Alliance equipment interfacing with production lines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation issues; perform system audits and preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-site project management and customer training; create schedules and reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement improvements.
