Job summary

RCS LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support operations and drive service improvements. You will apply a broad range of engineering concepts to develop new services and products, participate in planning, and lead special projects.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
At least three years of work experience in related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Detail-oriented to maintain policies and controlled documents.

Responsibilities

Perform responsibilities per established company policies to achieve objectives.
Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning processes.
Foster a cooperative working environment to maximize morale and productivity.
Oversee maintenance for parts and repairs for equipment.
Research new opportunities for the advancement of RCS.
Test and certify new and existing products and services.
Make suggestions for improvement to current equipment.
Manage research projects in a timely, efficient manner.

Perform administrative and office support activities.
