EMT International is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and service OEM finishing equipment at customer facilities across North America. You’ll diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train operators to maximize equipment reliability.

You’ll travel and solve technical problems in diverse environments, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams back at EMT to continually improve products

Qualifications

• Experience installing, troubleshooting, servicing, or maintaining industrial machinery, automation, or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• The ability to systematically troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.

Responsabilités

• Install and commission EMT International OEM finishing equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and equipment evaluations.
• Troubleshoot problems from the initial symptom through root cause and resolution.
• Train customer operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation and maintenance.
